Key Responsibilities

Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos aligned with creative briefs.

Create motion graphics and 2D animations to elevate video storytelling.

Ensure top-notch sound design and mixing for all video outputs.

Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually compelling designs. The ideal candidate has experience in both branding and performance marketing, with the ability to design for multiple formats including social media, websites, and ad campaigns.

This role requires someone who understands not just aesthetics but also creative strategy and direct response principles—designs that don’t just look good but perform well.


Key Responsibilities

Create eye-catching designs for social media, websites, ads, and print materials.

Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Ensure all visuals are brand-consistent and aligned with campaign objectives.

Develop and present creative briefs and design concepts.

Adapt designs across multiple formats and platforms (static, carousel, story ads, etc.).

Stay updated with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.


Tools You Must Be Proficient In

Adobe Photoshop

Canva (for quick turnarounds)

Bonus: Experience with Figma or other UI/UX tools

Google Ads Media Buyer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a results-driven Google Ads Media Buyer who specializes in generating high-quality leads and conversions at scale. You’ll manage large budgets across multiple verticals (real estate, fundraising, legal, e-commerce, B2B lead gen) and be responsible for building and optimizing advanced campaign structures (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube).

Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads products:

Search (SKAGs, STAGs, intent-based campaigns)

Performance Max (data-driven audience & asset testing)

YouTube (in-stream, in-feed, remarketing, donor/lead generation funnels)

Demand Gen (audience signals, creative variations, competitor targeting)

Build granular keyword strategies (high-intent, competitor, branded, generic).

Develop and optimize responsive search ads (RSA), video scripts, and ad copy.

Analyze funnel performance (CPL, CAC, ROAS)

Create structured campaign naming conventions, UTM tagging, and tracking systems.

Collaborate with the design team for ad creatives (video and static).

Leverage first-party data and tools like Hyros, HubSpot, Mixpanel, and GHL for attribution.

Continuously scale winning campaigns while keeping CPA low.

Requirements

Proven experience managing $20K+/month in ad spend.

Expert in Google Ads Editor, GA4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

Strong grasp of attribution tools (Hyros, Triple Whale, or similar).

Ability to structure accounts for testing (audiences, creative, landing pages).

Comfortable analyzing large datasets and making data-driven decisions.

Experience across niches like Real Estate, Fundraising, Legal Leads, and Non-Profits is a big plus.

Nice-to-Haves

Script/automation experience (Revealbot, custom rules).

Familiarity with call-tracking integrations.

Facebook Ads Media Buyer

Role Overview
We’re seeking a Facebook Ads Media Buyer with expertise in full-funnel campaign strategy. You’ll focus on building, testing, and scaling campaigns that drive quality leads and donations/sales across diverse verticals (non-profits, legal, real estate, B2B).

Responsibilities

Build, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns across the funnel (TOF/MOF/BOF).

Launch structured campaign types:

ABO for audience testing

CBO for scaling winners

Advantage+ Sales campaigns for conversion optimization

Test and optimize multiple creatives (video ads, carousels, statics) and angles.

Segment and build advanced audiences:

Lookalikes (donors, buyers, booked calls)

Interest-based + behavior audiences

Competitor audiences

Retargeting (website, video views, lead form, etc.)

Analyze campaign performance by ROAS, CPR, CPL, and LTV.

Collaborate with the creative team on high-converting ad copy and video hooks.

Use proper naming conventions, UTM parameters, and tracking setup.

Ensure Meta Ads compliance (copy and creative).

Requirements
