Senior Media Buyer Meta / Google Ads


About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Media Buyer who can take ownership of paid acquisition end-to-end.

This role is not about “running ads.”
It’s about building, optimizing, and scaling growth systems.

You’ll work closely with creatives, copywriters, and strategists to drive predictable, profitable growth for:

DTC eCommerce brands (Apparel)

Legal lead generation campaigns


Key Responsibilities

Paid Acquisition

Manage and scale campaigns on Meta Ads & Google Ads

Own budget allocation, bidding strategy, and scaling decisions

Launch, test, and optimize campaigns daily (no set-and-forget)

Creative & Funnel Optimization

Work with creative team to produce scroll-stopping creatives

Test angles, hooks, offers, and formats aggressively

Optimize landing pages, product pages, and advertorials

Ensure mobile-first, fast-loading, high-converting experiences

Performance & Analytics

Monitor CAC, ROAS, LTV, CVR

Identify drop-offs across the funnel and fix them

Prepare weekly optimization insights & monthly performance reports

Growth Systems Thinking

Think beyond ads: how acquisition connects to retention & LTV

Collaborate on email/SMS flows (Klaviyo experience is a plus)

Focus on scalable, repeatable growth systems


Required Experience

✅ Proven experience managing $50K+/month+ ad spend
✅ Strong background in DTC eCommerce (Apparel)
✅ Experience running Legal / Lead Generation campaigns
✅ Deep understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads
✅ Manual bidding & advanced optimization skills
✅ Strong analytical mindset (numbers > opinions)

Full Stack JavaScript Developer

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're building innovative applications using AI-assisted vibe coding—fast prototyping with modern AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex, and similar platforms. Now we need a production specialist to transform these rapid prototypes into enterprise-grade, secure, and reliable applications.

You'll be the bridge between ideation and launch—taking vibe-coded projects and hardening them with proper security, infrastructure, databases, email systems, payment processing, and hosting.

What You'll Do:

Code Review & Hardening: Review AI-generated code, identify vulnerabilities, refactor for production

Security Audits: Run SAST scans (Semgrep, CodeQL, SonarQube), implement security best practices

Infrastructure Setup: Configure VPS, CDN, SSL/TLS, DNS, and firewall rules

Database Optimization: Design and optimize PostgreSQL/MongoDB schemas, set up backups and replication

Email System: Configure SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC records; set up email services

Payment Integration: Integrate Stripe or similar payment gateways with proper PCI compliance

Deployment Automation: Set up CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar

Monitoring & Observability: Configure logging, alerting, and performance monitoring

Documentation: Write deployment guides and runbooks for future maintenance


REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Core Technical Skills (MUST HAVE):


Vibe Coding / AI-Assisted Development (1-3 years)

Experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor IDE

Understanding of responsible AI-assisted development workflows

Video Editor / Motion Graphics & Creative Specialist

The Creative Video Editor will be responsible for create engaging, high-quality video content with a strong focus on storytelling, creativity, and social media performance. This role requires trend awareness and hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Nano Banana Pro, Sora, Veo, Wan, Kling for both image and video generations

Key Responsibilities

• Edit engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns, and brand communication

• Convert raw footage into high-retention, trend-driven content

• Apply strong storytelling, pacing, and music selection

• Utilize AI tools for captions, subtitles, transitions, repurposing, and workflow optimization

• Adapt content for multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, etc.)

• Incorporate motion elements, effects, and basic animations
